Errazuriz 2008 Wild Ferment Pinot Noir (Casablanca Valley)

Definitely one of Chile's better Pinots. The nose offers pop and spice, and also rattled raspberry and cherry. It's juicy in the mouth, with body and oaky berry flavors, and light on its feet come finishing time, with a spot of dry oak and butter. Very nice Pinot Noir compared to where Chile used to be with the grape. Michael Schachner
