Esk Valley 2016 Chardonnay (Hawke's Bay)

After some time in the glass, this reveals its true colors of lime, flint and wet stone, along with brioche, nuts and toasty oak aromas. The medium-weighted palate comes with prickly acidity and a limey tang, making this an excellent wine to pair with a meal. Christina Pickard
