It takes some getting used to if you're going to like this wine. First off, there's a wicked cat pee and green shot to the nose, both of which are classic Casablanca Sauvignon smells. But the citrus and other fruits that are there to offset the pungency don't really step up and do the job. So ultimately the wine has an awful lot of pickle, tart passion fruit and celery.
