Like any aged gran reserva worth its weight, this wine has tomato and vanilla aromas and some oxidization. But it remains largely fresh despite its maturity. Lean strawberry flavors grace the silky palate, which is trailed by a smooth and airy finish. The intensity has faded, but given the fact that it's 10+ years old, that should be expected.
