With lean, leathery aromas, this wine seems like it has been stretched to its maximum. The generic raspberry fruit is clean, but fails to offer any excitement. The finish is dull and dry, but ultimately it's also clean and smooth. There is nothing really off in this wine, but by the same token there's nothing to hang your hat on, either.
