A fresh, minerally nose with waves of toast lead on this friendly Chardonnay from coastal South Africa. On the palate, fresh, clean fruit—tending a touch toward lean but still pretty—is followed by a a finish that ends in warming spice. Over all, a memorable wine at a great price.
