F. Meyer Eau de Vie de Kirsch Cherry Brandy

The nosing passes find an assertive ripe cherry juice aroma. Entry is sharply acidic, pleasingly tart and adequately cherry ripe; the midpalate is the best phase of the evaluation as the flavor turns viscous, full, intensely ripe but not in the least over-sweet. Finishes minerally, still potent and spirity. P.P.
