Fabre Montmayou 2005 Phebus Reserva Malbec (Mendoza)

Phebus is a new label from Fabre Montmayou, and frankly this wine has issues. It smells a lot like gumballs and a wet, dirty dog. It doesn't have much substance or flow, and that gamy, wet-dog character is persistent, even on the flavor profile. Michael Schachner
