Faith Hope & Charity 2018 La Crosse (Oregon)
A deep tawny gold, La Crosse is an American hybrid (part Seyval Blanc) found almost exclusively in the Midwest. It's got light dried apricot fruit flavors annotated with scents of honeysuckle and clover, though on the palate it's quite dry. The color suggests impending oxidation, so drink up. Paul Gregutt
