False Bay 2002 Sauvignon Blanc (South Africa)

Tart but not extreme, with sour grapefruit, lime and slate notes. Medium bodied, it's fuller than many Sauvignon Blancs with a round, slightly slick feel. Melon-like flavors show on the back end. A decent everyday drinker.
