Movie popcorn, baked fruits and plenty of toast and vanilla work the entry, while forward flavors of apple and pear are kicked up a notch by full acidity. And what that all means is that fruit pierces the fairly heavy oak on this wine, leaving you with a lot of the positives of New World Chardonnay. Nice in this price range.
