Made from 90% Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, this densely concentrated wine delivers aromas of ripe plums, grilled bell peppers and chocolate. The palate isn't very expressive but offers red currants, espresso, roasted coffee bean and sweet oak alongside drying wood tannins.
