Fattorie Azzolino 2002 Nero d'Avola (Sicilia)

Fruity and tight, with a reduced nose of raspberry and red plum. The palate is fresh, fruity and tasty, with healthy acidity and grabby tannins. Fairly tart and red-fruit dominated, but ultra crisp and clean. A sure thing with pizza. Michael Schachner
