Fazenda Mae de Ouro

The bouquet offers controlled aromas that are fiber- and hemp-like with additional scents of ink, cardboard, guava, and nylon. The palate entry is disconcertingly aggressive and sugary sweet; the midpalate stage is more settled but still assertively and cloyingly sweet. Ends up rowdy, intensely spirity, and caney sweet. Good in a caipirinha. P.P.
