This Cabernet Sauvignon is rare for the Feilers. Normally the fruit goes into a blend. But in 2005, they have chosen to release a varietal Cabernet, a lean, somewhat austere wine, showing the aging potential, but also just showing some green character. Tough, with high acidity.
