Fenestra, an estimable producer of obscure Spanish and Portugese varieties in California, does not disappoint with this Verdelho. Like a just-ripe pineapple, the wine is high in acidity and savory in strong tones of lemon and lime. Clean and fresh, it pairs well with seafood.
