This dry sparkling wine is made from 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir. Full of finesse, it delivers yellow apple and Bartlett pear aromas that carry over to the palate together with notes of almond biscuits and a note of vanilla. It's extremely elegant, with a refined mousse and lively acidity.
