This is 100% varietal, sourced from Stillwater Creek and Rosebud vineyards. It has good concentration and a pleasant mix of stone, pear and fig fruit flavors; barrel fermentation and sur lies aging has added a light layer of butterscotch also. The finish leaves a slight impression of alcohol burn.
