Fidencio Mezcal Pechuga 2012

The pechuga style of mezcal—which include raw chicken breast as part of the distillation process—has been relatively hard to find in the U.S. This well-structured newcomer is a welcome addition, offering bright, almost berry-like aromas, and warm, moderately smoky and faintly savory flavors.
