Fielding Hills 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon (Wahluke Slope)

This is almost all varietal, with smidges of Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Malbec rounding it out. Roasted coffee bean aromas are out front, followed by notes of cherry, raspberry and bountiful spices. Full bodied, smooth coffee flavors follow, lingering on the finish. Tasty stuff. Sean P. Sullivan
