This small-production, barrel-fermented blend of white Tempranillo and Sauvignon Blanc smells neutral and fresh except for some barrel notes. It has a mix of spice, toast, citrus, almond and melon flavors. It spreads out on the finish, tasting spicy and cidery. Michael Schachner
