This bottling by Steve Dooley shows fresh-cut green apple, wet cement, sharp green lime and a touch of lemongrass on the nose. The zesty sip is full of stony flavors as well, with Key lime and ripe Gala apple fruit and a pithy citrus note. It's superfresh and very easy to like.
