A blend of Grillo, Inzolia and Grecanico, this simple white opens with subdued aromas of spring flower, beeswax and a whiff of acacia honey. The lean palate is already evolved, showing yellow-apple skin, bitter almond and a hint of citrus zest alongside bracing acidity.
