Force Majeure 2017 Estate Viognier (Red Mountain)

The aromas are expressive, with notes of white flower and ripe peach along with a kiss of vanilla and barrel spice. A full-bodied, dense palate follows, leading to a long, quite warm finish. There are good things going on, but they don't all come together, with the balance seeming a bit off. Sean P. Sullivan
