Foris 2017 Cedar Ranch Pinot Noir (Rogue Valley)

Estate grown, this is a light vintage, with strawberry fruit and plenty of acidity. It's a mix of clones, fermented in both stainless steel and once-filled French oak. Some phenolic flavors stiffen up the finishing tannins. Paul Gregutt
