Foris 2017 Chardonnay (Rogue Valley)

Consistent as the day is long, this southern Oregon pioneer brings a fresh, lively style to this tasty summer sipper. Fermented in French oak, it's aged on the lees but not put through malolactic, leaving snappy acidity firmly in place. A little bit of a chill won't hurt it a bit on a warm spring or summer afternoon. Paul Gregutt
