Forrest Estate 2001 Sauvignon Blanc (Marlborough)

This round, lush wine has a great deal of charm. There's a fair amount of residual sugar to balance out the intense acidity, and the apple and peach flavors are profoundly rich. This is a very satisfying wine, juicy and delicious.
