A grippy, ink-staining, concentrated Charbono from the Santa Clara Valley, made from 90% estate-grown Charbono (the vineyard is in San Martin) and 10% Syrah. Two years spent in French oak might explain its minty, cedar highlights, rounded out by black cherry and plum.
