Fortress 2005 Sauvignon Blanc (Red Hills)

I loved the '04 for its big, bright bold fruit, and this '05 is nearly as good, even though the winery dropped the price by a buck. Could be a little drier, but the incredible acidity, so racy and zesty, keeps the citrus, spearmint and peach fruit clean. A 100% Musque clone.
