The first vintage this wine was fermented using wild yeast, the 2018, is a highly perfumed Riesling wafting aromas of lime cordial, green-apple core, flower blossoms and a touch of honey. There's prickly acidity on the palate along with 3.5 g/L residual sugar, enough to be noticeable but only slightly. Overall, this is a well-balanced easy-drinking refresher. Christina Pickard
