This is an expressive yet well-balanced wine, with wonderful interplay between the dense black-fruit characteristics. Brambly boysenberry, blackberry and cherry meld seamlessly with notes of sweet spice, purple violets, game and white pepper. The palate's slightly creamy texture is countered by framing tannins that lend grip and structure through the finish. Drink now–2023.
