This co-fermented blend of 88% Pinot Noir, 8% Grüner Veltliner and 4% Syrah is the winemaker's tip of the cap to Touraine reds. It is frisky and fun, with aromas and flavors of nectarines, cherry pipe tobacco, pine needles, duff and rooibos tea. Mild acidity, with a chalky mouthfeel and sturdy tannins. Michael Alberty
