More stemmy and sharp than ideal, with minty green aromas giving way to candied, scattershot flavors that are both sweet and sour. The mouthfeel and body are solid, giving the wine what it needs to make its point. But the finish is medicinal and burnt tasting, and from start to end it struggles to keep its head above water. 215 cases made.
