This blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero offers aromas of white flower, beeswax, toasted almond and a yeasty note of bread crust. The palate displays mature golden apple peel, citrus zest, walnut and candied ginger alongside a soft mousse. It finishes on a note of bitter walnut.
