Frazier 1999 Lupine Hill Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley)

Well-ripened, with pronounced cassis flavors. There are also notes of chocolate, cherries and sweetened espresso. Tannins are very soft, in the modern style, and the wine is dry, with O.K. acidity. Yet there's a one-dimensional simplicity to the structure. The flash is all on the surface.
