Freeman 2007 Pinot Noir (Russian River Valley)

Ripe and fruity in cherries, raspberries, cola and sandalwood, this Pinot also has firm tannins and a burst of acidity that makes it finish tart. It's quite a good wine, but too young to show its best. Give it until 2011 to soften and mellow.
