While sylphlike in mouthfeel, this outrageously ripe, rich auslese packs a punch of dried apricot, peach and pineapple flavors. Its sweetness penetrates deeply, punctuated by earthy fennel notes. It's delicious already but should improve through 2040, likely beyond.
