Blueberry, vanilla and smoky underbrush are the key aromas—those and a touch of green bean or snap pea. Typical cassis and plum flavors run smoothly over the tannic, full palate. As a whole, it's firm but not too difficult to wrap yourself around. It's stylish, somewhat understated and doesn't need a lot of aging.
