Frozen strawberry and black-raspberry sorbet elements mesh with sandalwood spice and a cinnamon-chiffon touch on the elegant nose of this bottling. The palate struggles to match that aromatic excitement, but does offer tightly wound raspberry, slate and thyme touches. This will age for years.
