This 2010 Reserve pours a medium-copper color with a good off-white head and decent lacing. It's not too intense on the nose with fresh citrus oil aromas and hints of light brown sugar, molasses, baked apple and sweet pineapple cake. The mouth is medium weight with a great creaminess to it, and the sweet citrus oil astringency and soft spice transition seamlessly to the pine- and resin-infused finish with accents of grass and crushed yellow flowers.
