Fullerton 2017 Fir Crest Vineyard Pinot Noir (Yamhill-Carlton)

At first warmly fruity and laced with scents of baking spices, this turns a bit more brisk through the palate, while maintaining pleasingly fruity flavors of cherry pie and apple cobbler. The underlying acidity provides dynamic tension through the finish. The wine saw 30% new French oak during the aging process. Paul Gregutt
