Furthermore 2014 Rosella's Vineyard Pinot Noir (Santa Lucia Highlands)

Very pretty and precise on the nose, this bottling, which is quite delicate for the rich-leaning region, shows candied pomegranate, cinnamon spice, hibiscus and wet gravel on the nose. Wild strawberry and rhubarb flavors pop on the sip, alongside watermelon rind and a very rocky and tense minerality. There is tons of tannic and acidic depth. Matt Kettmann
