Subdued aromas of mature berry, leather and hint of toasted oak slowly emerge on the nose. The palate is a bit more expressive, showing dried black cherry, ground pepper and a hint of star anise. Fine-grained tannins offer support while a coffee note closes the finish. Drink 2017 through 2022.
