Very clean aromas of Pink Lady apple, ripe Asian pear, squeezed Meyer lemon and a touch of wet stone prove refreshing on the nose of this bottling. There's a hint of peach and Key lime pie ripeness to the sip, yet the wet cement minerality also shows through. It could use a touch more zippy acid.
