Deep violet to the eye, this blend of Syrah, Barbera and Petit Verdot has a nose of black cherry and cranberry with a touch of green pepper. It has a bit of a bite on entry, with flavors of tart cherry and raspberry joined by notes of caramel and espresso. It is smooth on the palate, with touches of cherry and freshly ground coffee on the finish.
