Whisky Galore Macallan 1990 Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky

The first nosings detect scents of rose, gorse and heather; aeration allows aromas of candle wax, linseed oil and green olives to emerge. Palate entry is sharp, off-dry and moderately malty; at midpalate the spirit stings the tongue and flavors of milk chocolate, malt and butter cream candies surface. Finishes oily and off-dry. P.P.
