This Bordeaux-style blend is the only Gamache red that is not a single variety; here the mix is 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc, and 13% Merlot, sourced from the Gamache and Champoux vineyards. A strong scent of cigar box opens into a lovely wine with raspberry fruit front and center. Aged in 100% new French oak, it retains perfect balance and proportion. Drink now through 2019.
