This wine is predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon (70%), with equal parts Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Merlot. Despite the even growing season, it doesn't seem to have fully ripened, with jalapeño pepper, baking spice and plum aromas. The flavors are light to medium bodied and drop off on the finish.
