Bramble and leather aromas with piercing blueberry announce it as pure Zin. The palate follows the nose: Blueberry and licorice flavors dominate, with a slight bubble gum nuance thrown in for good measure. The finish is wall-to-wall smooth, with espresso as the aftertaste. Very firm, but not unyielding.
