Gary Farrell 2017 McDonald Mountain Vineyard Pinot Noir (Russian River Valley)

This wine comes from a cool site near the Petaluma Gap in the Sebastopol Hills. Flavors of white pepper and forest combine around lifted acidity and edgy components of pomegranate, strawberry and clove. It finishes with tension and texture. Virginie Boone
